Cemented carbide is a kind of alloy material made by powder metallurgy process from hard compound of refractory metal and bonding metal.

Cemented carbide has a series of excellent properties, such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. In particular, its high hardness and wear resistance remain basically unchanged even at 500 ℃ and still have very high hardness at 1000 ℃.

Cemented carbide is widely used as cutting tool materials, such as turning tool, milling tool, planer, drill bit, boring tool, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metal, plastic, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone and ordinary steel, and also for cutting heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, tool steel and other difficult to machine materials.

The product has beautiful appearance and powerful functions. It can weld tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, titanium, zirconium, magnesium alloys, composite materials, CVD cubic boron nitride and other materials under vacuum. And the quality is very good and guaranteed. If the quantity is small, you can do the experiment for free!
